Mr. Brand is a Namibian entrepreneur with 15 years of experience working on major construction and mining projects in Africa. Arno is an experienced commodity Trader/Broker, has been involved in numerous public transactions and company financings and has generated over 1.5 billion dollars for shareholders in taking private companies public.

During his 42 years of open-pit and open-cast mining experience, Manie held positions as Mine Manager, COO, and CEO and is still instrumental in starting up and managing mining projects across Africa. He also consulted as Senior Engineer in mining metals and minerals within and outside the African continent, and as far as Mali and Kazakhstan.

Mr. Levin brings extensive financial expertise and strategic leadership to guide Gratomic's financial operations.

Mr. Johnstone has been a partner at Gardiner Roberts LLP since 2005 and is the Practice Leader of the firm's Securities Law Group. Mr. Johnstone has been practicing law for over thirty years and is also a director and/or officer of numerous other Canadian public companies.

Mr. Roden brings valuable consulting expertise to support Gratomic's strategic initiatives and operations.
